Ministry Estates policy

WakaHood hosts ministries but does not endorse their teaching. An Official label confirms representative verification, not endorsement, theological approval or a guarantee of safety.

Authority and names

Only authorised representatives may claim ministry names. The operator verifies authority by ministry-domain email, an official-page confirmation or a call. Recognisable names require manual verification. False claims, impersonation and name disputes may result in suspension or takedown. Use Report this estate or contact support@wakahood.com.

Community conduct

No false miracle or medical claims, harassment, scams, financial pressure, hate or disclosure of another person's private information. Requests for emergency help cannot be handled by the game. Estate marketplace listings require review.

Membership and privacy

Membership is private unless an adult opts to show their game username. Public pages show counts only by default. Accounts without adult confirmation can follow only and never appear in member lists. WakaHood currently admits players aged 18 and over. Leave at any time to remove your membership and estate participation records. Operator audit and application records are retained for disputes; contact support for privacy requests.

Free coins and houses

Waka Coins are earned free through confirmed participation, not purchased. In-game coins and houses have no cash value. Houses are cosmetic, non-transferable and have no resale, cash-out, rental income or appreciation.

Pilot licences and activity

The first ten operator-approved pilot ministries receive 90 days free. Activate within 14 days of approval and publish a notice or event at least every 30 days. An in-dashboard warning provides seven additional days before an inactive plot returns to the pool. Expired licences are hidden during a seven-day grace period; estate records are retained after the plot is released.

Paid licences

Paid estate checkout is not available in this pilot. Planned prices, prepaid blocks and add-ons shown in the dashboard are not a recurring-payment agreement. Paid terms, refund handling and tested server-verified checkout must be completed before sales open. No payment guarantees visitors, members or sales.

Giving

Optional Kisses and Huggs Club (KHC) devotional partnership gifts may be collected through WakaHood’s Paystack account using the “Partner with us” button on our own devotionals. These gifts support WakaGospel and are one-time gifts, not purchases of game rewards, access or spiritual benefits. WakaHood does not collect donations, tithes or offerings for other ministries; giving on another ministry’s official website is between you and that ministry.
