What is WakaHood?

A Nigeria-inspired Christian browser game: visit churches and campuses, read the Bible, learn, make music and explore. The neighbourhood and activities are virtual, not reproductions of actual premises. Directory entries do not imply a church, school, artist or business endorses us. 3D opens by default. Choose Play Lite for lighter browsing.

Solo activities work without signing up. The opt-in lounge shows recent real visitors and preset reactions. Where enabled, signed-in adults can use private messages and groups, invite friends to their virtual home, or play Bible duels. Use report and block tools; do not share private contact or health information. Scripted neighbours are labelled as such.

Terms of play

The game world. WakaHood is a fictional Nigerian-inspired neighbourhood. Its streets, buildings and in-game churches are not real street maps or official premises, and in-game characters such as Tunde, Ada, Bisi or Mama Put are game characters, not real people. In-game meals, fares, jobs and services are virtual; nothing is ordered, booked or paid for in real life unless a screen clearly says it is a real-money checkout. Real church and business listings come from public sources and link out to their owners.

Ministry devotionals. Ministries that feature devotionals confirm they wrote the content or are authorised to publish it, and remain responsible for it. Devotionals go live automatically; well-known ministers appear only after the WakaHood team confirms them, and several player reports pause a devotional until WakaHood reviews it. WakaHood may pause or remove any devotional that is misleading, impersonates someone, asks players for money, or attacks other people or churches. Paid plans run for the period bought; a plan removed for breaking these rules is not refunded. Players never pay to read devotionals.

Faith XP and levels. Faith XP, levels, roles and streaks measure activity inside the game only. They are never sold and say nothing about anyone’s spiritual standing.

Guest learning and play are free. Accounts, owner tools and community participation are for adults aged 18 or older. Younger visitors should use guest learning with a parent or guardian and should not submit personal details.

Waka Coins are earned through play. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred for cash or exchanged for real property. Virtual houses, meals and seats are game items. A church booking is not a confirmed real-world admission unless its authorised organiser explicitly confirms it.

Do not impersonate an institution, upload material you do not have permission to use, harass people or exploit the game. Submissions undergo automated validation and can be reported, removed or suspended for policy violations. Ministry estate claims require manual identity verification. Paid promotions need a valid paid placement; payment does not endorse a claim or guarantee visitors. Free listings, Bible reading and baseline activities remain accessible.

Lessons are introductory learning activities, not accredited qualifications or personal medical, legal or financial advice. External websites have their own prices, terms and privacy practices.

Keep account credentials private. Guest progress can be lost if browser storage is cleared. Signed-in players can choose a cloud game backup; do not assume an unsaved offline session has reached the server. No purchased Waka Coins are offered at this stage.

Community posts, shops and safety

Waka Jist posts and replies are public under your game username when you choose to publish. Do not post private contact information, harassment, scams, explicit material or sensitive health details. You can hide your own posts and report or block other players. Three distinct reports hide a post for staff review; reports do not automatically suspend an account.

Waka Security reports are private to the reporter and authorised staff. Blocking filters interactions between signed-in players; it cannot prevent someone viewing public pages while signed out. Basic business listings are free, owner-submitted and not independently verified. Paid promotion is separate and requires the existing checkout and payment checks. Check sellers before using an outside service.

Waka Wallet goals are reminders only. The history stores net game-balance changes between cloud backups, not a purchase ledger or a record of every action. Coins cannot be cashed out, transferred or invested.

Privacy notice

Guest progress, nickname, preferences and avatar are stored in your browser. Our account service stores community posts, replies, reactions, following preferences, blocks, private safety reports, owner-submitted business listings, wallet goals and saved-balance changes, as well as your email, a password hash, selected cloud game progress, owner submissions, church reservations and reports in private server storage. Sessions use essential cookies. Hosting may keep security logs. We use IP-based request limits to prevent abuse.

The optional lounge sends a game alias, room, position and preset reaction to the server. Messages, group memberships, prayer requests, movie submissions and reports are stored on the server to deliver those features and address abuse. Messages are visible to their recipients or group members, and may be reviewed when reported; they are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not use your legal name or share sensitive details. Church organisers can see reservation details for the churches they are authorised to manage; the public seat map does not display those details.

Data is used to run accounts, recover a selected save, administer reservations and owner submissions, handle reports and prevent abuse. Optional cloud saving and community features are your choice. New game accounts require a username, private email, password and private date of birth confirming age 18+. Email verification and a private phone number can be added later; email verification is not required to join or play. Mosque visits are recorded with the selected virtual state and visit time; friends can see the last seven days of visits unless blocked. The server retains visit records until removed through an account privacy request. We do not ask for your religious identity. Your email, birth date and phone are not shown to players. Online labels and virtual positions are off by default and appear only after you opt in. Home invitation links reveal your game handle; visitors must sign in and receive your approval before entering your private virtual home. Invitations expire after an hour and support blocking. We do not sell your account details.

You can export account data and remove your cloud game save from Account. You can cancel your church reservations and withdraw owner submissions in their respective tools. For access, correction, account deletion or another privacy request, use Contact below. Requests affecting owner records may require verification of your account and retention of records necessary to resolve disputes or meet legal duties.

Guest device data stays until you clear it. Cloud saves stay until removed or an account deletion is processed. Owner and reservation records are retained to administer those services. Contact us for retention or deletion questions. Learn and Grow and other external sites receive information under their own policies when you choose to visit them.

WakaGospel Radio. Live broadcasts, guest conversations and programmes on the station may be recorded and rebroadcast. A guest’s microphone is heard only by the host until the host puts them on air; a guest can leave at any time and the host can remove a guest. Guest invitation links expire after four hours. Listener chat messages and testimonies you submit are stored on the server so they can be shown and moderated. The station counts connections to the stream; listener connection details are not shown publicly.

Payments and refunds

Waka Coins are earned in the game and are not sold. Some listings and placements may offer an official Paystack checkout when that product is enabled. Free offers are labelled clearly; a free booking does not become a charge later. Do not send money to anyone claiming they can activate a placement outside an official checkout.

For an enabled paid offer, its price, duration and delivery details are shown before payment. Cancellation and refund requests are handled through support; stopping a listing does not automatically refund a completed payment. Report duplicate, unauthorised, incorrect or undelivered charges with your receipt reference; do not submit card numbers or secret keys. A request will be reviewed against what was purchased and delivered. These terms do not remove applicable consumer rights.

The ₦4,000 full-course links open Learn and Grow. That separate website handles the purchase, delivery and refund request; paying there does not buy Waka Coins.

Contact & report a problem

Email support@wakahood.com or send a bug, safety concern, privacy request or billing question to the WakaHood operator. Include your account email only if needed for a reply; never include a password. This form saves a private report for staff review, not live chat. Keep its reference.

Audio and meetings

Latest Sermons plays recent audio directly from external podcast publishers. Playback sends a request to that publisher; WakaHood stores catalogue metadata, not sermon recordings. Audio availability and mobile data use depend on the publisher and your network.

Live Meetings are audio only and last at most one hour. Your microphone is requested only when you choose to speak. Hosts manage speaking turns and can remove participants. WakaHood does not record meetings. Live audio opens only after network and device checks.

Quick help

Tap the map to walk. Use Hood for general apps or WakaGospel for faith apps and destinations. In a room, tap an activity. On desktop you can also use arrow keys or WASD. Close returns from a panel; Home returns to your home activity. If 3D is slow, return to Lite.

For cloud progress, open Account, sign in, then choose the device or cloud save. Conflicting device saves pause instead of silently overwriting each other. Export a backup before changing devices. Profile offers password recovery by email only when our delivery service is configured. If it reports unavailable, contact support; no message has been sent. SMS recovery is not enabled. Keep your password safely.
